And it's precisely this deliberate and refined contrast that characterizes our colomba. \n\nThe dough is made in the Carden\u00e0 workshop with the natural sourdough starter<\/strong> we've been cultivating for 40 years, to which we add selected butter, honey, malt and fresh 1A egg yolks. The 14% salted caramel<\/strong> runs through the dough with its enveloping and bold note, while the pistachio chocolate<\/strong> brings a fruity and toasted presence that balances and completes the aromatic profile.\n\nThe glaze is an explosive mix: caramel chocolate and pistachio sprinkles<\/strong>, for a rich coating\u2014the perfect finish for a leavened treat designed down to the last detail.\n\nA colomba for those who love to be surprised.
