We are an artisan pastry shop, it’s true.
But we are also much more: we are a family.
And when you work alongside those you love, every gesture becomes care, every dough a promise, every pastry a dedication.
Sweetness is a Family Affair
This is how Pasticceria Artigianale Cardenà was born, founded in 1980 by Carlo Felice in the Marche region: a man who transformed his passion into a profession, and his profession into a legacy.
We are still a family-run business today, faithful to our roots but with our eyes on the future. A future made of rigorous selection of raw materials, artisan leavened products prepared with the sourdough starter we have been cultivating for 40 years, traditional Italian pastries that never compromise on quality.
After years of dedication, the baton has passed to me, Maria, and my husband Matteo: united in life as in work, with the same commitment and passion that Carlo Felice taught us. Because we believe that true flavors don’t need additives—only time, heart, and hands that know how to honor tradition.
