Bronte Pistachio is not simply an ingredient: it’s one of the finest raw materials in the Mediterranean, grown on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, where the volcanic soil gives it a bright green color and an intense, unmistakable flavor that has no equal.

This is where our pistachio spread is born: 53% pure Bronte pistachio, crafted in the CardenĂ  artisan workshop in the Marche region to achieve a velvety texture that preserves all the depth of the fruit. A percentage that’s not just a detail: most pistachio spreads on the market stop at 20-30%; ours chooses not to compromise!

How to use it:

— Spread on bread, brioche, or rusks for breakfast.

— As a filling for tarts, cakes, and artisan baked goods.
