Zabaione is one of the great classics of Italian pastry: few ingredients, precise technique, and an unforgettable result. Our cream spread comes from this tradition, bringing it into a new form — velvety, ready to use, able to turn any moment into something special.

The character of the cream is built by two star ingredients: fresh pasteurized egg yolk, which gives body and richness, and Marsala, a Sicilian wine with centuries of history, which brings that warm and slightly vinous note that makes zabaione unmistakable. The 43% zabaione guarantees authentic flavor, not just a hint of taste.

How to use it:

— Spread on bread, brioche or rusks for an extraordinary breakfast.

— As filling for sponge cake, tarts and spoon desserts.
