Caramel has its own alchemy: it requires patience, the right temperature, and the ability to stop at the exact moment. This is exactly the care we put into our spread, prepared in the CardenĂ artisan workshop using a slow and controlled process.
The result is a velvety consistency that melts on the palate, with a full flavor that balances the sweetness of caramel with a slightly toasted note — the kind you only get when the process isn't rushed.
