Almond Cantucci
Artisanal raw almond cantucci with orange zest, prepared in the CardenĂ workshop according to a traditional recipe. Crunchy, fragrant, irresistible.
Some recipes don't need reinventing. Our cantucci are born from one of these: a few carefully chosen ingredients, artisanal craftsmanship that respects time, and double baking for that authentic crunch you recognize at the first bite.
In the Cardenà workshop in the Marche region, we use selected raw almonds, fresh whole eggs, and 00 flour, with the addition of orange zest for a fresh citrus note — that extra detail that sets an artisanal cantuccio apart from all others.
